Your Guide to Selling Tickets For Sold Out Matches

Here at Somerset County Cricket Club, we understand that plans change and that you may not be able to make it to the game. This is why we have launched our new platform which allows fans to sell their tickets securely.

Tickets should not be posted to secondary websites such as Viagogo or Stubhub as selling tickets via an unauthorised channel is breaking the terms.

For details on how to resell your tickets, see the steps below.

  • Mobile

    Mobile Instructions

    • Go to tickets.somersetcountycc.co.uk/account
    • Login to your account
    • Go to ‘My Tickets’
    • Scroll to the bottom and click ‘Resalable tickets’ to open the drop down menu, and click ‘Tickets for resale’
    • Find the match you wish to sell your tickets for, and click the ‘+’ button
    • Select tickets and click ‘Resell tickets’
    • Follow the on-screen instructions. You will receive an email to confirm that your ticket has been listed and another email if it has been successfully sold.

     

    PLEASE NOTE: Tickets cannot be sold over face value of the match ticket

    • On the right hand section of the page, click “Resell Tickets”
    • Find the match you wish to sell your tickets for, and click the ‘+’ button
    • Select tickets and click ‘Resell tickets’
    • Follow the on-screen instructions. You will receive an email to confirm that your ticket has been listed and another email if it has been successfully sold.

     

    PLEASE NOTE: Tickets cannot be sold over face value of the match ticket

Things To Note.....

 

  • The Reseller Platform will become live approximately 48 hours prior to each sold out Vitality Blast fixture.

 

  • Tickets can only be listed on the site at the face value of the particular ticket.

 

  • Ticket holders and Members who sell their tickets will be charged £1.50 per ticket to use the platform. This fee is applicable only when tickets have been sold.

 

  • Supporters who purchase tickets via the platform will be charged £1.50 per ticket upon completion of the transaction.

 

  • Members will get a proportional refund based on their Membership type. At the end of the season, Members may also be eligible for additional credit on a pro-rata basis to their SCCC ticketing account based on their membership type.

 

  • Ticket holders and Members can take their ticket off the platform before it is sold if you change your mind about attending.

 

  • SCCC stress that it is prohibited to offer your ticket for sale on any other auction or re-sale platform. This includes Facebook and social media.

 

  • Please note that any tickets purchased through an official discount with SCCC will not be valid to be re-sold
