Members will get a proportional refund based on their Membership type. At the end of the season, Members may also be eligible for additional credit on a pro-rata basis to their SCCC ticketing account based on their membership type.

A full refund will be given to ticket holders who successfully sell their ticket via the platform.

Ticket holders who sell their tickets will be charged £1.50 per ticket to use the platform. This fee is applicable when tickets have been sold.

Supporters who purchase tickets via the platform will be charged £1.50 per ticket upon completion of the transaction.

The Reseller Platform will become live 48 hours prior to each fixture.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• We allow a customer to purchase tickets on behalf of others, tickets cannot be transferred or resold at above face value.
• The ticket purchaser assumes absolute responsibility for all tickets purchased in his/her name and will be penalised in accordance with these Terms and Conditions if any tickets allocated to him/her are used or offered for sale in contravention of these Terms and Conditions, whether or not such contravention took place with the knowledge of the applicant.
• If for example you purchase four tickets, you should not charge the others for more than the face value of the tickets. If you sell the tickets for more than face value, you will be breaking the Terms.
• Unless via our Somerset Cricket Ticket Resale platform, you cannot offer the ticket for sale, auction the ticket, or advertise the ticket for sale.
• Any tickets that are found to have been placed for sale on websites such as Facebook, eBay, Gumtree, Viagogo and StubHun will be void with no refund. The barcodes will be cancelled, and the tickets will not be valid for entry as selling tickets via an unauthorised channel is breaking the terms. This includes selling tickets directly to a person who you do not know.
• If you do not purchase tickets from Somerset County Cricket Club or one of the official agents your ticket will not be valid and can be cancelled without refund, you may be blacklisted from purchasing from the club and other clubs in future.
• The Club has launched a Ticket Resale Platform where tickets that can no longer be used due to unforeseen circumstances can be posted for sale to other fans. If you can no longer attend a match, you should post your tickets on the Ticket Resell Platform.
• A purchaser may offer tickets for sell at the face value. The value of any tickets that are sold via the Somerset Cricket Ticket Resale Platform will be refunded to a Purchasers account. There is no guarantee that the ticket will be purchased and if the ticket is not purchased on the day on play no refund will be given.
• A purchaser or member can upload their tickets to the reseller platform at any time, however matches will only be available to purchase once the fixture is sold out.
• Members who list their seat to the reseller platform will receive a pro-rata refund (or account credit for direct debit purchasers) which will be automatically applied once their seat sells.
• Members will also be entitled to an additional member’s credit subject to the match the seat was sold on the reseller platform taking place, which will be added to their online account at the discretion of the club at the end of the season. All Members Credit will be valid until the end of 2024.
• No exchanges are made, or refunds given, other than those covered under the appropriate rain check policy. Once a booking has been made it cannot be altered.
• Any child rate tickets that have been purchased in advance can be transferred to an adult ticket upon payment of the relevant seat price. There are no downgrades on tickets, requests made for a duplicate ticket (or transfer of an Under 16 to an adult ticket) must be made by the original purchaser.
• Children under the age of 2 do not require a ticket however would not be entitled to a seat and would be expected to sit on a parent/guardian’s lap. All children aged 2 or over would be expected to have a valid ticket or Membership to attend the match.
• Somerset County Cricket Club reserved the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Where such change materially affects the rights of the applicant (and when the application has resulted in a purchase), the applicant will have the right to a refund.
• Please note that any tickets purchased through an official discount with SCCC will not be valid to be re-sold
