Thatchers X Somerset – Apple Bat Taps
2025 will see Somerset CCC continuing our long-standing relationship with Thatchers Cider.
As part of the Official Partnership, Thatchers will be backing the first ever professional Somerset Women’s team.
Ahead of this landmark season for women’s cricket, the Somerset players visited Thatchers Cider HQ at Myrtle Farm to take part in a number of challenges!
After challenge number one, which saw Jess Hazell come out on top against Sophie Luff in the Cider Bucket Challenge, today sees Emma Corney take on Ellie Anderson in Apple Bat Taps!
In 2025, The Thatchers logo will feature on the back of the team’s Vitality Blast shirt, whilst this summer will see the introduction of the Thatchers Player of the Match and Player of the Month awards for Somerset Women.
