TKC signs revised contract
Somerset batter Tom Kohler-Cadmore has signed a revised contract for the 2025 season which will see him be available for selection for this year’s Vitality Blast and when available, also considered for Rothesay County Championship cricket across the summer.
Regarding this amendment, Somerset CCC Director of Cricket, Andy Hurry said: “The cricket landscape has evolved since the start of the winter, and working together with Tom, his advisors and the ECB we have all reached the mutual decision to amend the terms of his contract to reflect the opportunities that lay ahead of him in 2025.
“Tom is one of the most sought-after batters in white ball cricket and his success over the winter in franchise cricket has seen his reputation grow, and as a result he will be involved in the forthcoming Pakistan Super League.
“Upon his return, we look forward to him being available for the Vitality Blast and also to him having the opportunity to be considered for County Championship cricket.”
Tom Kohler-Cadmore added: “I’m grateful to Somerset for enabling me to pursue in-season opportunities and I’m really looking forward to returning back to Taunton. We tasted success in the blast together in 2023 and hopefully we can do that again this year.”
