Lewis Awarded Testimonial Year
Two-time Vitality Blast winning captain, Lewis Gregory has been awarded a testimonial year in 2026.
Club Captain, Lewis is also Somerset’s all-time leading wicket taker in T20 cricket.
The England all-rounder began his cricketing journey in the Devon age groups and represented the senior Devon side before joining Somerset from the Academy in 2010. His Somerset First XI debut against Pakistan in September of that year and since then has become an integral member of the squad both on and off the field.
Lewis was awarded his County Cap in 2015 and was named Club Captain in 2024. In total, he has scored more than 7500 runs and taken 637 wickets for the County.
His consistently outstanding performances for Somerset have seen him gain recognition at international level. His 12 white ball appearances for England have seen him score in excess of 160 runs and taken six wickets.
