Kasey joins Durham on loan
Kasey Aldridge is set to join Durham CCC on loan.
The one-month deal will see him head to Chester-le-Street in time for Durham’s Vitality Blast opener against the Bears at the end of this month.
He will return to Taunton ahead of Somerset’s Rothesay County Championship clash against Warwickshire at Edgbaston which begins on Sunday June 22nd.
Somerset CCC Director of Cricket, Andy Hurry said: “This opportunity will enable Kasey to remain match fit and gain valuable First XI exposure at a time when First Team places here are at a premium. We know what Kasey is capable of and it is therefore imperative that he is 100% ready to go when called upon.
“We have already seen this season that our players and therefore the Club can benefit from the loan system and we look forward to welcoming Kasey back to the Cooper Associates County Ground at the end of his spell in the North East.”
