Charlie on Captaining England this summer
Somerset allrounder, Charlie Dean made a winning start to her England captaincy at the weekend.
In the absence of Nat Sciver-Brunt, the 25-year-old was selected to lead her country in the ODI series against New Zealand which began yesterday.
