Archie and Thomas named in England U19 squad
Archie Vaughan and Thomas Rew have been named in the 15-player England Men U19s squad selected for the first Youth Test against India at the County Ground in Beckenham, which begins on Saturday July 12th.
Warwickshire batter Hamza Shaikh has been named as captain. Shaikh returns as skipper after he led the U19s for the first time against Sri Lanka last summer. The 19-year-old was not part of the U19s tour to South Africa in the winter after he was called into the Lions squad.
