Location: The Cooper Associates County Ground and other nominated Club Venues

Contract: Casual

Hours: Variable, to include weekends, evenings, and public holidays

Salary: £10.90 per hour

The Role

We are looking for people with stewarding and customer service experience to assist in managing the safe operations at our fixtures and events. Your priority is to ensure the safety and security of all attendees at the ground and provide top-class customer service to enable our members, customers, clients, partners and guests to have consistently enjoyable and memorable experiences with the Club.

As a representative of the Club, you’ll be professional, yet approachable at all times. You will be able to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and uphold the Club’s standards on equity, diversity and inclusion, ensuring our policy is followed at all times.

You will be confident and competent in emergency situations and have some experience in conflict management and resolution whilst remaining calm.

Teamwork is essential in this role. You will place importance on working collectively with your direct team, as well as with the wider Club network of colleagues. You are punctual, follow instruction promptly and have a positive, proactive attitude.

You will preferably hold a Spectator Safety qualification and / or are willing to undergo further relevant training with the Club.

You will usually be based at Cooper Associates County Ground, Taunton, but may be required to work at other sites when necessary.
