Created for both corporate and private events, the new menu combines high-quality local ingredients, contemporary flavours and flexible dining options to suit conferences, meetings, celebrations, networking events and special occasions of every size.

Guests can start the day with a range of breakfast offerings, from traditional breakfast rolls and full English buffets to lighter vegetarian options, all served alongside freshly brewed teas, artisan coffees and fresh pastries.
For daytime meetings and delegate events, our refreshed packages provide balanced and convenient dining options, including handcrafted sandwiches, hot fillings, seasonal salads, sweet treats and healthier refreshments designed to keep guests energised throughout the day.
This spring launch also introduces an exciting selection of relaxed and sociable dining experiences. From vibrant hot buffets and stylish finger food to bowl food and elegant canapés, the menu showcases bold seasonal flavours and modern presentation. Highlights include lemon and thyme chicken skewers, Moroccan butternut squash tagine, indulgent gourmet desserts and a wide variety of vegan-friendly dishes, ensuring every guest and dietary requirement is catered for.
For more formal occasions, our updated banqueting menus offer refined two and three-course dining experiences featuring premium meats, fresh fish and beautifully crafted vegetarian dishes, all thoughtfully prepared to create a memorable dining experience.
