Somerset CCC Receives Inclusive Employers Standard Accreditation
Somerset County Cricket Club are pleased to have received Inclusive Employers Standard accreditation.
The Inclusive Employer’s Standard (IES) is the evidence-based workplace accreditation tool for inclusion and diversity.
Participants answer 35 questions that cover all the protected characteristics and wider I&D themes.
The responses are then used to measure inclusion and diversity within an organisation and help to assess where an organisation is on their I&D journey.
The questions are divided across six pillars of inclusion that measure all areas of I&D activity.
Organisations get more than a workplace accreditation when participating in the Inclusive Employers Standard. They get bespoke, action-focused feedback that can be used to progress I&D strategies and embed workplace inclusion.
The IES highlights to an organisations people and stakeholders that inclusion is integral to that organisation and that the organisation understands the business case for I&D.
