SCCC seek additional stadium announcer
Somerset County Cricket Club are seeking expressions of interest for the role of an additional stadium announcer.
We are looking for someone to join our matchday team at the Cooper Associates County Ground, and this is an exciting opportunity for the right person to work in cricket and help elevate the matchday experience for all supporters for both Men’s and Women’s cricket in 2025 and beyond. The PA Announcer will take responsibility for announcements both before and during the match as well as delivering effective commercial sales messages throughout any given match.
To be successful in this role, you’ll have a personable tone of voice and be enthusiastic and confident. A knowledge of cricket is also essential. You will need to be eligible to work in the UK.
This role will be on a casual contract with variable hours to cover matchdays as required, confirmed in advance. Please note that working hours will include evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
