Do Members have to pay full price for their quarter-final tickets?

2023 White-Ball Members and Platinum Members will receive a £5 discount on tickets if you keep the seat that you have booked in the Group Stage. You will also be able to purchase additional tickets at full price. This discount applies to adult tickets only. This discount will apply to White-Ball and Platinum Members only.

Members: Link your accounts!

Somerset County Cricket Club are encouraging all Members and supporters to access and upgrade their online account to a new MySomerset account.

If you are looking to purchase tickets for the quarter-final and you haven’t recently linked and created a MySomerset account, you will need to do so before being able to complete a purchase.

HOW TO LINK YOUR ACCOUNT

To claim your tickets, you will need to go to your Online Account and select ‘Reserved ticket(s)’ from the menu. Please note, your reserved ticket will not appear until 22:30 on July 2nd.

If you wish to purchase your reserved seat AND additional tickets for family and friends, it will need to be done in two separate transactions. To purchase additional tickets, you will need to go to ‘Advantages’ in your Online Account where they will be available to purchase from 22:30 on Sunday July 2nd and you can buy as many as you like!

We recommend that you purchase the additional tickets first in order to get the seats nearest your reserved spot before they get snapped up by others. Your reserved seat can be purchased by only you until 18:30 on Monday July 3rd.

Will I get the same seat that I’ve had during the group stage?

Yes. Unless you specifically request an alternative seat, your group stage seat will be reserved for you to purchase but it will be released for general sale at 6pm on July 3rd. If you wish to move seats, you will need to purchase an available seat at full price.

Will you be posting tickets?

Given the short turn around before the quarter-final, we would encourage Members and supporters to download e-tickets, use the SCCC Ticket App or select the matchday collection (there will be an additional charge for matchday collections). Please note that if you select the Ticketing App, your tickets will appear on Thursday.

Can I come to the ground and buy?

Yes. You may purchase tickets at the Cooper Associates County Ground during your priority window during office hours (from 10am on Monday). Staff will be available in the Reception of the Andrew Caddick Pavilion to process ticket requests.

Is Hospitality available?

Hospitality packages for the match are also on sale!

There are a number of different packages on offer to suit all requirements and all budgets.

Whether you’re looking for a private hospitality suite or a pitch-side seat with matchday dining, we have got something to suit every taste.
