Elite sport partnership to offer year-round benefits for supporters
Two of the South West’s leading professional sports clubs, Somerset County Cricket Club and Exeter Chiefs have launched a partnership to benefit their supporters from across the region.
This innovative agreement will bring the two organisations together in a way that delivers meaningful, year-round value for supporters of both clubs.
Somerset CCC Commercial Director, Caroline Herbert said: “Somerset County Cricket Club and Exeter Chiefs share the same goals both on and off the field. Sporting excellence and representing the region with pride are central to everything our organisations stand for. We know many of our Members also support the Chiefs at Sandy Park, and this collaboration strengthens that connection while reinforcing the South West as a powerhouse of professional sport.”
Exeter Rugby Club’s CEO and Chairman, Tony Rowe CBE said: “Both clubs are united by a commitment to high performance, community pride and representing the South West at the highest level of professional sport. This collaboration reflects those shared ambitions and a desire to enhance the experience for our loyal supporters in a year-round offering.”
With cricket and rugby calendars naturally dovetailing, the partnership creates a seamless year-round sporting offering. As one season ends, the other begins ensuring Members can enjoy elite live sport, premium match-day experiences and exclusive opportunities across the entire calendar.
The partnership will start with Somerset CCC Members being offered preferential rates for Chiefs’ game against Sale Sharks on March 21st and a reciprocal offer will be available for Chiefs’ Members at Somerset CCC.
