2026 Christmas Menu
Guests can begin their evening with a choice of delicious starters, from a comforting roasted tomato and basil soup served with freshly baked bread, to a rich chicken liver pâté with fig chutney and crisp bread, or the timeless favourite of a classic prawn and melon cocktail.
The main course continues the festive feast with traditional West Country turkey, complete with pork and roasted chestnut stuffing, alongside roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables and a rich jus.
Those looking for something different can enjoy slow-cooked belly pork with sage and crisp crackling, while vegetarian guests are equally well catered for with a roasted lentil and mixed pulse loaf served with parsnip crisp.
No festive meal would be complete without dessert, and our CACG Christmas Trio provides the perfect finale.
Featuring a mini honey panna cotta, Christmas pudding ice cream and a rich chocolate ganache served with bramble coulis, it’s a delicious way to round off the evening.
