2025 promises to be another incredible season at the Cooper Associates County Ground.

With so much cricket being hosted at the CACG this summer, we thought we would shine the spotlight on some of our key fixtures:
Sunday April 27th – A Historic Day
Somerset v Lancashire – Women’s Metro Bank One Day Cup
This will be the first time that a professional Somerset women’s team takes to the field at the Cooper Associates County Ground, so make sure that you are a part of this historic moment by getting your tickets now!
Tickets for this landmark fixture are available at a cost of just £10 for adults and £5 for juniors and young adults.

Friday May 30th – Blast Off T20 Double Header
On Friday May 30th both Somerset Men and Somerset Women take on their Surrey counterparts in a not-to-be-missed Vitality Blast Double Header.
Prices start from just £39 for adults and £9 for juniors.
Somerset Men will rekindle their rivalry with Surrey which has seen them come out on top over their London-based rivals in the competition’s semi-final in the last two seasons whilst for Somerset Women this will be their first ever Vitality Blast fixture as a professional team.
Friday June 13th – Cricket Under Lights Plus a Free Tribute Concert
Somerset v Lancashire Thunder – Women’s Vitality Blast
This will be Somerset Women’s first ever stand alone Vitality Blast clash under the floodlights at the Cooper Associates County Ground.
In addition to the action on the field, there will also be a free Taylor Swift tribute concert in the fan village after the match courtesy of Forever Swift.

Sunday June 29th – Festival of Red Ball Cricket
Somerset v Nottinghamshire – Rothesay County Championship
Join us in June for our first ever Festival of Red Ball Cricket.
Red ball cricket is the quintessential format of the game and we want to celebrate the traditions, heritage and everything else that makes multi-day cricket so special.
For the four days of our Rothesay County Championship match against Nottinghamshire, which begins on Sunday June 29th, we will be championing and shining a light on the long form of the game.
Throughout the match there will be a special red ball forum, presentations, demonstrations, activations, competitions and much more.
Friday July 18th – Derby Day
Somerset v Gloucestershire – Vitality Blast
There is no bigger local rivalry in domestic cricket than Somerset v Gloucestershire.
Join us for this repeat of last year’s Vitality Blast final as we host our neighbours from up the M5 in what promises to be another classic encounter.
Friday August 13th – Beer & Cider Festival
Somerset v Durham – Metro Bank One Day Cup
Our popular annual matchday Beer & Cider Festival returns in 2025.
🍺 Over 100 different Beer and Ciders on offer! 🍺
The fan village will open two hours before the floodlit fixture and there will be a variety of the best acoustic musical talent from the local area. A wide variety of tailored food options will also be available to purchase on the day
All Members and matchday ticket holders will receive a full set tasting notes for Beers & Ciders on offer to score and perhaps, find a new favourite!

Sunday August 10th – Family Fun Day
Somerset v Lancashire – Metro Bank One Day Cup
Our popular annual Family Fun Day returns on Sunday August 10th when we take on Lancashire in the Metro Bank One Day Cup.
Throughout the day there will be all manner of fun and entertainment throughout the day to ensure that children and grown ups alike have a day out to remember!
All the attractions will be hosted within our safe and secure fan village on the day and there will also be tailored food and drink options available to suit all tastes.
Sunday August 17th – 150th Birthday Party
Somerset v Warwickshire – Metro Bank One Day Cup
On August 18th 1875, Somerset County Cricket Club was officially formed and on the eve of our 150th anniversary we are calling on all Somerset Members and supporters to join us for our special birthday fixture.
There will be live music, entertainment and everything else that you need to help make the party go with a swing, so make sure you don’t miss out on being a part of this historic match.

Tuesday August 26th – Somerset Introducing Music Festival
Somerset v Northants Steelbacks – Metro Bank One Day Cup
On Tuesday August 26th, Somerset will take on Northants Steelbacks in the Metro Bank One Day Cup and we will also be celebrating the hottest local music talent!
This match will see us staging the first ever Somerset Introducing Music Festival which will be headlined by the brilliant China Bears.
The festival line up will also feature some outstanding local music acts who will be performing throughout the day, so make sure that you don’t miss out on this brilliant celebration of both live elite sport and live music!

In addition to welcoming England to Taunton for their One-Day International against the West Indies in June, a professional Somerset Women’s team will take to the field for the first time.
