2024 Vitality Blast Shirts Unveiled
After becoming the first County to introduce a batting and bowling shirt in 2023, Somerset will defend the Vitality Blast with two shirts again in 2024.
Following on from the success of last year’s dual aspect shirt design and subsequent victorious campaign, the 2024 version retains the bowling and batting specific variations.
This year there is clearer visual definition between the two.
The batting shirt displays a dynamic sash which links the Trade Nation branding and the Club crest. Underneath, a series of angled flashes of colour represent six shots played in an over.
This year’s bowling shirt displays six ‘hawk-eye’ style directional bowling deliveries angling across the shirt offering a graphic representation of an over to match the batting variation.
Most importantly, both shirts feature a second star above the Club crest to commemorate our two T20 trophy wins in 2005 and 2023!
As part of the Our Region Rises campaign we will be launching each of this season’s playing shirts at a different landmark.
Brought to you in association with Kukri Sports and Trade Nation, our Vitality Blast shirts were unveiled at the picturesque Valley of the Rocks, home of Lynton & Lynmouth CC.
The shirt also displays the logos of our Commercial Partners GreenThumb on the sleeve, Mouldex on the back and Dafabet on the collar.
