Grammy Award® winning performer Lionel Richie will be performing a spectacular open air event at the Cooper Associates County Ground’s first major concert since 2014.
Famed for his iconic hits such as ‘All Night Long’, ‘Dancing on the Ceiling’, and ‘Hello’, Lionel will perform in the magnificent cricket ground in the historic town of Taunton on Sunday June 11th 2023.
Lionel Richie’s music is part of the fabric of popular culture with more than 125 million albums sold worldwide. Richie has won an Oscar®, a Golden Globe®, four Grammy Awards®, and most recently, was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame 2022 Class.
This year, he received the Gershwin Prize for Popular Song by the American Library of Congress, and is the 12th recipient of the prestigious award.
