Here is some useful information on how to access and download your Vitality Blast tickets.

If, after reading the information below, you are still experiencing issues please email citing the fixture you are attending along with the date of the fixture in the subject line to ensure your enquiry is dealt with efficiently.

Please also note, phone lines are not open on matchdays. Therefore, if you are still experiencing difficulties on the day of the game, please travel to the Cooper Associates County Ground in plenty of time to allow us to remedy your problem at the St James Street gates.

Creating and linking your My Somerset account:

On April 18th, Somerset County Cricket Club introduced “My Somerset” accounts. These allow the user to seamlessly move between the SCCC Website and the Club’s ticketing platform (amongst a host of other benefits).

If you purchased your tickets before this date, and haven’t downloaded them, you will need to create a My Somerset account and link this to your ticketing with the Customer ID Number you were emailed on April 18th. If you are unsure of this email, please contact citing ‘Customer ID Number Somerset vs Hampshire 24/05/23’ in the subject line to ensure your enquiry is dealt with efficiently.

Please note, if you assigned a match ticket to a friend or family member they will need download the app. You will not be able to see their ticket in your wallet.
