Jurassic Fibre provides ultra-fast full-fibre broadband to communities across Cornwall, Devon, Dorset and Somerset.

Founded in 2018, the company is undertaking an ambitious roll-out to homes and businesses, armed with a £250m capital investment from Fern Trading, advised by Octopus Investments. Jurassic Fibre is rapidly becoming one of the fastest-growing companies in the region, employing over 460 people at its new headquarters in Exeter. The company is also aiming to be an employer of choice in the south west, offering a gold-standard employee package including part time and flexible working, job sharing, working from home and a healthcare cash plan. 30% of its total workforce are women – substantially higher than the UK tech industry average of 21.6% (ONS figures).
